Brian established the firm in 2011 following in-house BA/Legal positions at Los Angeles production companies GRB Entertainment and 3 Ball Productions. He represents creators, studios, production companies, directors, producers, writers, on-camera talent and other industry professionals in all areas. Brian also serves as de facto general counsel and head of business affairs for multiple firm clients lacking internal legal resources.
Brian earned a B.A. from Purdue University and his J.D. from California Western School of Law. Hailing from Indiana, Brian currently resides in Palos Verdes with his wife, three children, two dogs and one leopard gecko. (Brian infrequently works from his home office.)

Jennifer serves as a partner at Raymond Legal and is a senior entertainment attorney recognized for pragmatic, solutions-oriented dealmaking. She represents studios, production companies, creators, producers, directors, and on-camera talent across all aspects of the entertainment industry, guiding projects from early development through production and distribution. She also plays a leadership role within the firm, helping to manage the attorneys and supporting an expanding roster of clients and projects.
Prior to joining Raymond Legal, Jennifer served as EVP, Business Affairs and General Counsel at 3BMG, LLC, and previously held positions at CORE Media Group (now Industrial Media), McKuin Frankel Whitehead LLP, and GRB Entertainment. Jennifer earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. Raised in both Oregon and Indiana, Jennifer is an avid sailor and outdoor enthusiast who resides in Pacific Palisades.

Rotem’s practice is largely focused on providing production counsel services to the firm’s studio and production company clients, including drafting and negotiating above-the-line and below-the-line agreements, advising on intellectual property matters, facilitating rights and clearances and managing the assistance of outside counsel.
Prior to joining the firm, Rotem was an associate at Ramo Law, PC, where she assisted on development matters and served as production counsel on a variety of scripted and unscripted projects. During law school, Rotem was a legal intern at entertainment firms and companies, including The Nord Group LLP and the Sundance Institute.
Rotem earned her B.A. from SUNY Purchase College and her J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
